Big announcements and an update

If it’s seemed like we’ve been out of touch, it’s because we’ve been so effing busy!

First off, we’d like to give you an update on the new project. Yes, it is looking like it’ll be a double album. We are almost finished with the tracking and will be in the mixing stage soon. It’s taking a little longer than we thought because there is so much going on … we hope to finish it and release it by the end of the year. The big news in all this is that we are, for a limited time, going to be releasing it online for FREE, with optional donation. Basically, you will be able to download the album free of charge, and if you like it, you will be most welcome to come back and decide how much the album is worth to you. Talk about a no-risk purchase!!!

We don’t have an official album title yet, but stay tuned and we will offer more news once things are finalized.

We also wanted to mention that we will have a brief interruption of our self-imposed live performance hiatus (to focus on the album), as we will participate in the Seattle Music Revival festival on Sunday, Sept. 27! The event is a 15-band, three-location festival meant to celebrate Seattle’s music past and future. We will be performing at Fuel and we go on at 8p sharp. Be there!!! More details here:

In other news … we would like to announce the launch of the 4,000 Holes Artists Cooperative. It is a collection of Seattle musical artists focused on furthering their own ability to be heard. If you are interested in learning more or joining the organization, go here:

Finally, we have a Twitter account set up, for all you tweeters out there. For a plethora of nonsensical, self-aggrandizing and superfluous updates, follow us here:
